Feedback from public and private sector leaders and communications professionals who have attended CLM workshops.
Very useful and informative, a lot of great tips and observations were given. I could definitely use this knowledge to improve my skills. The lecturer, Whitney, is very professional and has immense experience; she is able to enhance our understanding to deal with the press.
Very useful and dedicated, gives a chance to practice, and wonderful materials and videos.
Excellent with laying the foundation of the beginning and class exercises, learned a lot both in theory and practice, the right balance between both.
Awesome. It is the first time I learned all the techniques of giving an interview and dealing with the media. I love the idea of separating into small groups so that we can practice. The example clips are all well explained and very up to date. This session is overall useful and necessary for our diplomatic career, regardless of all ranks.
It was very useful to our job as head of mission — we are always encountering immediate interviews without prior notice or preparation. Knowing key elements that can make interviews sound credible and professional is important.
The trainer/lecturer, Ms. Whitney, is able to conceptualize how we handle the media interview coverage from A to Z. Useful tips and tools are very useful for senior officials — not just diplomatic officers, but also executive officers of the Government.
Ms. Whitney and her team are excellent. They know exactly how to guide us with many good examples and explain to us clearly, simply, and in a friendly way. Thank you very much for your excellent job!
It really helped people with public speaking, which is a key element in our work. It makes us able to listen, channel our thoughts, and deliver our message thoughtfully and more clearly without run-arounds.
Development of key message house, awareness of the body language, the exercise and the presentation as a team was very interesting and challenging.
